Rich tastes of native botanicals like pomelo, dalandan, calamansi, dayap, oranges, mango, kamia flowers and so much more are ever present in this gin The award-winner is unfiltered which leads to some clouding when chilled, literally flavor you can see.
Nose
Fresh highlights of pomelo and calamansi, with earthy coriander, savory juniper, pine and a rounding of mango. Hints of perfumed lavender.
Palate
Fresh pomelo, dalandan and calamansi, pine juniper spice. Floral dryness from the angelica and chamomile, with notes of lemongrass, cinnamon and black pepper.
Finish
Clean and balanced. Juniper, citrus, with cooling notes
